Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Some remote areas and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.
Delivery costs
- Free standard tracked delivery on all UK orders.
How long will it take?
We work with partner warehouses in the UK and overseas, so delivery times depend on where your item ships from. Each product page shows its own estimate.
- Order processing: 1-3 working days.
- Items from UK warehouses: usually 2-5 working days after dispatch.
- Items from international warehouses: usually 7-12 working days after dispatch.
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status any time via the account page or by emailing us.
Customs, duties and VAT
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no extra customs or import charges for UK deliveries.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by the date shown in the banner on our website in December. We'll update this as suppliers confirm their cut-off dates.
