1. Who we are

trendcheckout.store ("Trend Checkout", "we", "us") is operated by APPS 365 LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13955007). Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. Email: support@trendcheckout.store.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on trendcheckout.store. Please read them, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order has been accepted. If we can't accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error), we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
  • The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
  • If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Products

We source our products from carefully chosen suppliers and warehouses in the UK and overseas. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Electrical items are supplied with UK-compatible plugs or USB power unless the product page clearly says otherwise.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy and on each product page. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

7. Your right to cancel and return

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We supply products for domestic and private use only.

9. Reviews

Reviews shown on our website are submitted by customers who have bought from us. We publish positive and negative reviews and do not edit them, other than to remove offensive content or personal information.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid for items not received.

11. Complaints and law

If you have a problem, email us at support@trendcheckout.store and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
